Thanks to all of you who came out to the meeting today...there was a lot to go over and so please be patient with the task list. Communication is key, so just send an e-mail or make a note on the blog to let us know if something is not working for you...once again...thank you for all your help so far.
General:
Please check out the Facebook Program Board profile (if you do not have the log-in information please send an email to Julie, Raiza or Mary for it) and send friend requests to a variety of people (about 10 to 15 would be a good number).
Remember when writing advisor e-mails, please send a draft to Julie first.
Press Kits: Julie will be sending out contact information for the assemblies and committees in order to start compiling the information. The assembly or committee for which you signed up will be put on the blog and open spots will be posted so others who did not attend the meeting can choose from what is left. For better explanation on this task please
await a posting from Julie.
Member Organizations: Often times members of the committee have the task of compiling contact information for a variety of member organizations. In order to avoid repetitive work we would like to compile one list which we can continually reference. Therefore, this week as you collect the names and emails for different member organizations (such as academic organizations) please forward that information on to Mary who is compiling the "official" list. Thank you.
Advisor Lists: Armando is currently working on updating this list.
