Task List - Week 10/17

Diavlo Dance Theatre is on Monday (10/23):

• please invite friends to Facebook event
• if you have not received an invitation, let Julie, Mary or Raiza know
• flyering on Monday - Katherine
• make list of theater classes - Colleen
• send email to several classes to alert of event
• collect emails for music school - Loren
• send email to alert of event
• Polydots will be passed out on Monday
• anybody who can make it between 12 and 2 on Monday, please come out to Tommy Trojan to help spread word about the Diavlo event
• If you have not already please see the list of General Ed's on the blog and make an effort to send out some e-mails to different professors or better yet make announcements at the beginning of some of the classes
• After writing (not sending) the email, please forward to Julie, Mary or Raiza
• Post the classes to which you chose to publicize on the blog (so there are no repeats)
